if serious, probably I would:
1) google local <id printers>
2) contact them via email (should be sweet domain - not hotmail) and ask prices for 100; 250 and 500 id not scanning cards with additional security. finish your email with:

company xx (similar to your domain)
3) in 2nd email ask the price for a real working sample
4) next email - ask to send you 3 designs to chose from
5) order the sample
6) go to the bouncer directly and say: how are you? will this do the job (with a smile)
