Fake Google Reviews

Hello Everyone. I'm in a situation actually. I run a local restaurant in my area and we recently fired an employee due to misconduct and for various reasons now she with her friends has started to spam our Google My Business listing page and it is hurting the business, ofcourse we are reporting the reviews and asking friends to review us but is there anything else that we can do?

Note: I'm not looking to buy followers, but looking for someone who has encountered a similar situation previously.

The last way out would be to use a content removal agency.
