Has anyone figured out what to edit in the registration file and what the code would look like to make this work? Would like to use godcpa to create the page and then use xrumer to do the registrations.

i bought forumgenerator, haven't gotten it setup yet,

but there are other ways you can make money is with the niche your targeting is putting pop up ads or ads in the header & such you get the idea

@45 this (making money with *fake* submissions) has been discussed everywhere (including BHW) for ages. if you are *already* making money with CPA and have a decent conversion rate (enough to keep the AM happy), running a small scheme like this on the side might help to up your income a little. Get greedy, they will start shaving more. Keep greedy, they will cancel your account. Common sense....

I had this idea so long ago, another twist I thought up was like make a completely different page altogether such as hxxp://domain.com/register.php - this has the one line submit (the email) or all info (as they enter their address, phone, name, mobile, email, etc.) and it automatically redirects to the actual sign up page such as hxxp://domain.com/register2.php which is the correct sign up page

My first internet venture was a gaming forum a few years ago. Wasn't really that much of a success, since I didn't have much of a plan from the start and had no idea how to monetize or advertise such a thing, but I managed to draw in close to 1K members.

One thing I'm wondering is how this works with spam bots. I got TONS of spam bots signing up for my forum, and I'm wondering if the e-mail addresses they use in these CPA e-mail submits would get you in trouble. Although, since you're creating your own custom register page, I'm thinking the bots may not work.

One final question. It sounds like this method doesn't actually generate new users for you, since, once they fill out the form, they would be taken to a page outside your forum. Is there any way to get a 2 for 1 and get the e-mail submit and the user as a member? While the e-mail submit is nice, I wanted to build a forum that grows over time (with actual real human beings), and, hopefully, will eventually be big enough to where people will be coming from all over to sign up and post in the forums.

ForumGenerator install pdf says that I need to change sertain files to 777. I did and then it didn't work. Got server error message. Changed back to 0644 and it works better.


edit....

install.php should not be 0777 but the rest of the files must be otherwise the intall fails.
