You never want to fake your feedback on forums such as BHW as that is against their TOS & can get you banned

someone gave me fake feedback even i dont know them and even i did not chat with them what to do?

There are two different users stating that you scammed them.
Simply report the feedback , the mods will ask them to post at Dispute Resolution if they have the proofs .
