fake embedded vids

does anyone have any techniques/code for using fake embedded vids on a page? i'm thinking of posting a fake vid but when you click on it you will be redirected to my aff url or stuffing page.

has anyone done this?

you can have a pic that looks like the player. i use real vids, but the page pop only after the vid ends.
