I've already made a PP business account and in the limit lifting steps it's letting me upload identification & address docs even though i haven't entered any bank account or CC information. If I use fake documents to verify my business paypal account (I probably will pay someone on BHW to do), will they give some sort of approval if the docs are accepted/rejected before I have to enter my bank account and CC? In other words does PP manage uploaded docs separately or only when full application has been completed?
My goal is to get as far as I can in the verification process before I have to enter my Bank AC and CC info as they are in the name of my alias, and was very difficult to get.
