You can try to dispute the claim.
The person who made the claim has 30 days to respond, and if they don't, the claim is dropped.

what if they will respond can my channel susspended !! and also if i dispute what he will respond what prove that he has rights for that video, still wondering for it !!!
If you're 100% certain it's fake, then call their bluff & submit a counter claim.
You don't have to prove YOU own the copyright, you just have to dispute that THEY own the copyright. Just tick all the boxes & under reason put "Misidentification of the Material" .. & that's basically it.
Having said that, you need to be certain it's a fake claim, otherwise .. you're going to get your ass sued.

I've never done it, but I think you can still submit a counter claim using YouTube's free-form copyright counter notification.
