Fake Chrome extension installs

Looking for Fake, or bot which will generate fake installs for chrome extension.
I have also .exe which can inject extension, so if you need a bot that can simulate human behaviour it can work.
It would be good to have 10-15k bots which will install different extensions. I just need to boost number of installs on Chrome webstore, nothing to do with users.

If you can make solution for this I am willing to pay.

Could probably make this work on firefox, not sure about chrome, i guess you have to be logged into google for an install to count right?
