I want your opinion on these sort of accounts, I just started one based on Ariana Grande, made it all pretty, but I'm not sure how i should go about growing it, anyone here have any experience in these sort of accounts, any sort of tips etc.

Just make it a fan nation account and sell merchandise related to Ariana Grande. Also follow the followers of Ariana's account and so on.
