Fake Celeb Accounts?

I want to try to make fake celeb accounts on twitter, will i get sued or sent to jail for this?
Or is it easy to get away with

Yea dude , you will probably serve a minimum of 5-10years in prison for a crime like this ... don't be foolish :yield:lol

the most they can do is disable my account right?
