Fake blogs

I?ve been entertaining the idea of using one domain as a general blog site where people can create their own blogs, free of charge. Of the course the idea isn?t to give a medium for people to make blogs but to auto generate them with my own tools and give each blog a subdomain on the main domain. I?d then use the blogs to get links for my WH sites.

Another idea is to do the same thing except with free web hosting.

I?d be able to write all my own tools to do this.
How do these ideas sound?

it's already used by many people, and there are powerfull tools to do this already. For example i tested for some time blog solution .....didn't had too much success with it and the legit version costs some bucks...but they say that it can do a looot of seo stuff to the blogs automatically created from rss feeds...
