What should I do when my designed videos are restricted while fake accounts using my images freely have huge views?
I reported but all were negative.

Do they simply copy and paste your videos, or are they making edits and if so, what kind? The answer might be hiding right there.

they changed my voice and video a little bit to their video
 
This is a fairly common situation, and it's also difficult to gather evidence (though it also depends on your content). If the case is verified, the platform would typically restrict its reach rather than outright delete their content.

It sucks, but the system favors engagement over authenticity. Keep reporting and gather as much proof as possible. Meanwhile, diversify platforms and build your own loyal audience organic growth beats shady shortcuts long-term.
 
Are they just re-uploading your videos as-is, or are they actually modifying them — adding cuts, text overlays, changing music, or adjusting pacing? The type of edits they make could reveal exactly why their version performs better. The clues might already be in the content itself.

Report copyright infringement/original content with evidence (original link (video you posted first), screenshot, source file (project, original file), metadata, proof of upload date and time
Send DMCA or official appeal to TikTok/Meta instead of just reporting in-app.
Add clear watermark/logo on the video to make it harder to be stolen.
 
Unfortunately, that was what gave them the upper hand, because theirs has higher engagement. In addition, the edits they did to your original before posting has refined the content and twisted the algorithm orientation to think it is theirs
 
If you want to post other peoples content, while still following the TOS, you have to give the post Credits to the person who made the content/uploaded the content on the primary page. In case a post does get restricted, you can always appeal it and show that you tagged the owner.
