Fake Abuse Phishing Complaints - How to Stop Them?

People are sending fake abuse reports about my websites. Because of these fake abuse reports, Cloudflare is showing phishing warnings on my site, and Google is removing my pages from the index.

My hosting provider is also sending me warnings due to these false abuse complaints.

I need help from someone who has experience with this issue. Does anyone have any ideas on how to stop these fake abuses? My sites are becoming trash.

Switch your main domain to Cloudflare Enterprise or a registrar with strong abuse protection.
 
cloudlfare sends abuse report to "hosting provider" and not "domain registrar" if they are different. Most hosting providers are not abuse tolerant. Means, they don't even check if abuse report is true or false, they only need you to remove such content.

You can use abuse-friendly/DMCA ignored type of web hosting. In my personal experience colocrossing is abuse friendly, the-online.com is also abuse friendly. Means, they don't shut down sites, but only forward abuse reports to you. They don't care if you address it or not.

similarly, racknerd vps can be sometimes abuse friendly, though not dmca ignored.
 
There’s no 100% foolproof solution for this.

But here’s what I’d recommend:

Buy an offshore IP. For example, get a server from Moldova and use a reverse proxy (like Caddy or Nginx Proxy Manager) to hide your real IP. That way, the IP that shows up will be the offshore one from Moldova.

As for Google, you’ll need to keep filing counter appeals constantly. There’s really no other option.

If you're running a legitimate business and receiving dmca/phishing false reports, that's actually a crime under U.S. law. You might want to consult a good tech attorney to help you deal with it.

I’ve read that filing fake DMCA requests can carry a penalty of up to $100,000.
 
Hey finixlog, this is a terrible situation. I'm dealing with the exact same issue on one of my projects right now. That’s frustrating, mate. The best move is to collect detailed proof that the reports are false and send it directly to Cloudflare and your host with logs or screenshots. Keep your WHOIS and contact info consistent and professional, and use services like DMCA.com or abuse.io to manage false reports. Regularly submit reconsideration requests to Google once everything’s verified clean.

Prepare a complete report for a specific platform (e.g. Trustpilot, Facebook, Shopee...) — you just need to submit the URL and a short description (who did what when).

To Switch your real domain to Cloudflare Enterprise that is the best solution.
