hello can we post scene from movies under fair use like this guy and earn from it ?

I’m pretty sure you can. Make sure the clips are short enough, like around the 5 minute mark. I’ve seen channels that upload Family Guy moments crop the outsides of the video just a small bit so they don’t get copyright striked.

Needs to be definitely short, as a rule of the thumb no longer than 2 minutes or so, ex. if you search for something with a high copyright value such as the original Mickey Mouse cartoons, you can find at most 90 - 120 sec. cuts. For movies a slightly longer scene may likely do.
