Fair price to pay for simple bot creation?

Was considering going to upwork or similar and posting a job for a simple bot. What would a fair price be to offer? For both me and the person making the bot. It's just something that would read from an excel file and add items to a shopping cart. I can sort of get a working bot using winautomation but would prefer someone with more knowledge do it. Not interested in hiring anyone right now but looking toward the future, and when I do hire someone, it'll be from one of the freelancer sites.

I would say somewhere around the range of $75-$150 would be a fair price range but of course this would be dependent on features including and time for development.

Posting on upwork you can get someone to do it fairly cheap.
