Facebook banned my account recently.
I tried to recover my account by visiting www . facebook . com/hacked/
It asked me a phone number. Then asked me to upload a photo of yourself.

The avatar of the account was a person. I used another photo of the same person.
I opened Photoshop to modify a bit to make it a unique photo.
I flipped, cropped, resized, change contrast and brightness, hue/saturation etc.
I screenshot that photo so it left no Photoshop metadata.
I uploaded the photo.

Later on, Facebook stated:
We disabled your account
We reviewed your account and found that it still doesn't follow our Community Standards on account integrity and authentic identity.
You cannot request another review of this decision.

1. Some people said the test could be passed easily as long as you use a unique photo. Unfortunately I failed.
Could anyone give me any pointers what I did wrong?

2. Is there still any way to recover that account?

Thank you.

It's important that the photo and information match your account information for Facebook approval. Facebook is stricter now than before, so ID verification is a bit difficult

Yes Facebook is really hard to bypass

sadly your options are limited - you can either try another picture variation
or try support and we all know what support is like. good luck

You must have done something wrong. Try contacting support again. But I don't think you can recover it now.

So does the photo you uploaded match the information you registered with Facebook?
If it does not match, you will not be able to get it back

Can anyone tell me how to get my account back when the "get code your phone" checkpoint occurs?

Ai đó có thể cho tôi biết cách lấy lại tài khoản của mình khi xảy ra điểm kiểm tra "lấy mã điện thoại của bạn" không?
Có thể mã điện thoại sai, bạn có thể thay đổi qua dịch vụ email

If your photo doesn't match the information you registered with, it's very difficul

Facebook is more strict now, so ID verification will be a bit difficult. There will be a service that can do this, you can try to find them.

Facebook has stated that you cannot request a review of this decision, which may not be successful. You should create a new account

For Fb to approve your ID verification, it's crucial that the information and photo on your ID exactly match your account details. Since fb has tightened their verification process, it's become a bit more challenging than before

Your confirmations need to match the information you updated on FB. i think it is very difficult to get it back whether you contact FB support

Facebook never asked me to upload an ID. It simply asked me for a a photo of yourself. The photo matched the avatar (the same person) although I'm uncertain how it can determine which face is which.

How? I couldn't see any option or button to upload another photo on that page.
How could I contact the support? It doesn't seem there is a way to contact a real person.
