Failed resubmit to Google - help needed

Hey,

I really need your experience guys!
I am working with 2 other dudes and we all worked on different projects.
Last week one of our sites was hit by Google.

Its a search engine in spanish!

What I changed:
- at /blog/ we run an autoblog which I removed
- the search results were indexed, but I changed the robots

After these changes I did a resubmit at Google, which failed today!

Is it because the blog contains (only) 2 translated texts?

Any help is welcome!
