They are partners now, not sure for how long they have been partners, but i'm sure they don't own rights to most if not any of those videos. With YT being stricter than ever how are they able to have a channel on there?

I think it would fall under fair use.

Or maybe they get the rights to use it.

Don't the videos belong to random individuals who submit them on failB?

A bit like sending your home video to America's Funniest Home videos, no?

Nope people that find the vids send them in. I really doubt the owners send any
