Fail Better! From noob to 200$/day

Hi Guys, how are you doing.
I'm Daniel, 26, from Germany and want to get the whole IM thing rolling. In the last 3 weeks I read all the sticky posts in the Money Making subforum and most of the successful/high rated Jouney posts here. I watched a lot of Youtube Videos/Webinars about IM, and read a few Blogs too.
I came to the IM stuff by discovering the possibilities of Affiliate Marketing. But i really don't like the idea of selling people junk that I've never tested. So I don't like the affiliate Marketing approach that a lot of people doing.

GOAL
My Goal is to create a Business/Asset that provides me with enough money and gives me full flexibility of Worktime/place. ( Bye bye 9-5 office..)
So the first Goal is 200$/day.
My first shot for that target is to create an authority site and deliver some Quality. I take the learning by doing approach here (it allows me to Fail ). There are so much things to make Money online, but a site like that seams a solid start point without further knowledge about SEO and stuff... although its not the fastest and easiest way.

Aktions till now:

Get as much information possible from Bluematters and Voidrays Journey.

Gameplan
My Gameplan is to focus in the 2. Niche (IT) for a start.
I'll do some more researches on Long tail keywords and browse some more forums to find out more Questions that people have about that topics.
Basically the niche is big enough for about 100 -200 Articles. After that it's more or less updating the Changes.

For the Financial part ill stick primarily to AdSense and some affiliate offers that cover some of my Topics.
Based on that page I can try new strategies for monitarization and hopefully come up with some good ideas for further projects.

Next Actions for Project IT:

• Get 30 articles on the page this year.
• • Find a good content provider for articles.
• Get some relevant Links for that Project.
  • I'll focus on research on Link Building when I have about 10 articles up and running.
• At that point I want to Build some YT Videos as a addition information for the Articles and get a bit more Traffic. (+ build experience on YT)

Next Steps on my IM career:

• Learn much more about IM.
• Find a Mentor
• 15.12.13: Review Project IT. Lessons Learned?
  • Start another project before the end of the year.
• x.02.14: 100 Posts on the IT Authority Site
  • Lesson Learned?
• ???
• Profit
• Start an IM Blog ^^

Today?s Progress:

• Planning the site structure
• Browse thru a few offers on the Content / Copywriting Section here.

i did a lot of planning of the site structure itself. Internal linking and an overall concept about good content for the site.
I came up with about 30 Pages that I want to begin with.

Now I need some keywords for each topic. After that I want to define the main Key points for each Article for the Content writer.
When I?m done with that (End this week) I?ll give that out to some chosen writer and compare their work that way for further work.
I think about 600words per Article and will test Offers from 0.8 ? 2$ /100 Words.
We?ll see what the output will be.
Any recomendations?

Also i did some reseache on (Tiered) linkbuilding. I watched the Video from Matthew Woodward. Amazing Stuff...
