Facing problem when uploading file in c Panel ? .

Hi Guys I am trying to upload file on c Panel but every times i am getting problem. File space is 286 MB. My internet speed is 2 MBPS and File taking so much time to upload in C panel. Please suggest me some idea so that i will able to upload file easily. File name is PLR article. File format is Zip file and I already delete my cookies many times and try to upload file continuously. But every time occurred problem. I am not doing anything else work side by side. Thank you

try uploading your files with FTP program, for example Filezilla.

Pls explain me in detail I am new in this field. I have very much knowledge about interent marketing but don't know how to operate C panel and i really appreciate u if u help me to get me out from this problem. Thank you
