Facing issue with site speed:

Advertise on BHW
Use CDN (cloudflare), delete unused plugins, use caching (litespeed), use light weight theme. These will impact your page speed in a positive way
 
There can be hundreds of different reasons. From the code not being clean to a bad internet connection with the PC you tested it with. It would be good if you could give more details.
 
If you don't have the knowledge or the funds for proper optimization, then you should decrease your site's features instead, especially the visual, rather unnecessary ones, by removing plugins. Such as sliders, live chat, maps. You shouldn't have more than 10-15 plugins installed if you want to stay fast without having to optimise
 
please use light theme and clear caches of sites using litspeed cache!
also contact your hosting provider!
