Facing Issue With Google Ads ( Suspicious Payment Suspend Related )

Hello BHW,

I've been making threshold accounts on google ads for 5 months,
Using Incogniton + Residential Proxies And Various Providers VCC ( Revolut , Lydia , Viva ... )

Recently i started getting Suspicious Payment Suspend Upon Account creation , No matter what i do i always get suspended after submitting the billing information
I Even tried to create a legit Google Ads Account using new fingerprint and IP and use New VCC , But Again Suspended Upon creation, Tried Dulphin instead of incognition, same result

Does anyone have any idea what i could be doing wrong ? Lets forget the threshold, why i cant even create legit accounts ? Is it related to my browser settings?i Tried all kind of settings
But google always suspend me right away,

Appeal each and every suspended Google Ads account, by filling & submitting the Google Ads account suspension appeal form. The % of appealed accounts that get reactivated or not reactivated (suspension final), will depend on the "season" of Google Ads. In certain Google Ads "seasons", the % of appealed Google Ads accounts that get reactivated, will be less and in certain Google Ads "seasons", the % of appealed Google Ads accounts that get reactivated, will be more. In certain Google Ads "seasons", even a suspended account with a blackhat cloaked campaign could (may, I repeat MAY) get reactivated !!!
Ofcourse, the reactivation or non-reactivation is all algorithm based. Nonetheless, appeal each and every suspended Google Ads account, by filling & submitting the Google Ads account suspension appeal form.

Not really sure, but you are using suspicious payment and having a problem because you get suspicious payment error!

Maybe stop using suspicious payment?
 
Well, if you get suspended right after adding the billing information, that would suggest that all those VCCs you're using are burned and flagged by Google! Try getting new VCC that are private and not face-fucked by people.
 
Try linkensphere + private configs + astroproxy +revo vcc

Maybe your vcc has been flagged as suspicious by Google
