Anyone having issue with creating apps on pvas .?

From two hours ago from now i cant make apps on the pvas , i tried every possible ways and it doesn't work...! Cant make apps .!! tried making 10 and none worked !!

Anyone facing the same..!

If the pva is new, it won't work, you know.

im getting fake user warning even im on the dynamic ip fresh installed firefox

ya same.. i make fresh pva and make apps on them... but now new pvas cant make apps..
facing again this issue..

so using unique ips for fresh pvas doesnt allow us to create apps too?

Nope thy are not.. I tried possible different ways.. Tell me wht else i can do.. Just suggest me some ways to do.. i will try those.. and i have lots of sim cards to make pvas.. So i can try any possible times.. I will update the thread if any of the method works..!

You don't even need a pva account. Just go to account settings, payments, add a vcc and you are ready to create apps.
