Facing facebook challenge...

I need to start grow a facebook page - it's for personal brand... To be honest I've never tried to do anything for the U.S. auditory. I have two personal profiles - decided to clean one of them from friends and start adding friends, so I can invite them later to the page... I've been doing that before with many projects for my country - and it was working... However, now when I try to add targeted people from U.S. I just get the message "It seems you dont know the person......" ... I suffered that before but it was far from what I am suffering now... I guess that's caused because facebook is aware that I have no real connection to U.S. Can this be bypassed by any way?

So, the only other idea I have to grow the page without ads is by using multiple profiles to post to many targeted groups... This was working before... Any idea if it's still working?

All I am trying to do is give some momentum to the page till I am waiting income from other project to invest in ads for this one...

If you can propose me any way to start growing that page, except total BHW practices, that even if I use and get results... They will harm bad my reputation in the long-term...
