Facing difficulty with followers growth on IG

I need help.
I have been posting regularly on one of my business accounts. The follower count is still very low. It is like 200 posts and followers are around 450. The growth has kind of stopped.
Please suggest something.

What are you doing to grab some eyeballs? People are not going to automatically find out your account. Organic growth begins once you have a certain number of followers along with good engagement. You'll have to grow your account using a combination of different methods like F/UF, hashtags, IG ads, shoutouts etc.

I once tried the F/U method on an empty account, and I managed to get 100 followers in 3 days. Posting only isn't going to take you anywhere. It would be best if you had a combination of multiple growth methods.

Try posting a few reels or reposting viral content. As already suggested f/un or mass dms are also an option

Look at what other people are doing in your niche. see what works well and do the same.

This platform is rigged IMO and it's not like Tik Tok where random people will suddenly visit your profile.

You have only two ways:
1. Drive traffic to their platform with clear call to action to follow, so they will get something back (ie. promise content).
2. Follow people and then unfollow if you manage to get traction.

You can also add a twist which means asking to share your content. Viral content is not easy, but there aren't many ways to hack your growth, so try it.

As I said, the platform is rigged, so you literally have to do one or both of those.

Hashtags are trash and nobody is using them.
Ads are too expensive. It's especially bad if you have 0 data and 0 audience.

Do you promote it well?
Do you use hashtags?
Do you interact with audience?
Are those posts attractive?
