Be friendly and courteous, don't act like a dick, maintain eye contact, have good posture, dress nicely, arrive a little early, and be confident.

Try this tip. At the end of the interview when they ask you, "do you have any questions for us?" You simply answer,(with confidence) "actually I do. Do you have any reasons as to why you wouldn't offer me the role?"
It's a Jedi mind fuck because it elicits two responses. 1) the interviewer will be taken aback by such a confident, direct answer. 2) if they're not hit by it, they have to give you an answer if they have any concerns. Then it's up to you to overcome them.
It's a little question that packs a massive punch!
