Facewizard not adding friends on second account

but just logged into one of my other accounts to try do the same things with a different set of IDs and all the adds are failing so thinking it might be the IDs of that set I tried the first account and it worked fine

so I tried going through a proxy for the second account and still not working, logs in fine just keeps coming back with failed adding

any ideas?
