Faceook ad account?

Hello,

Our got some tips to create one? Is it good to buy a old FB account here so i don't have to start myself with making the account old? Our is that not a good idea? Hope to get some tips, what is the fastest way to create a working good spending account, doesn't matter if it cost a few dollar.

And maybe someone know a good service to buy an ad account.
