Hello Everyone, this is my first post on blackhatworld. I wanted to speak about my Journey on Youtube and im seeking advice from the professionals. If im not a video Editor or script writer, is it possible to succeed on youtube just from outsourcing the work or should I partner with a professional? Also, how long does it usually take to take off on youtube?

I ran a faceless channel for a few months.

Basically if you are not getting views by humans, then your content is not working and you need a different idea. I eventually quit cause I wasn't getting results.

I used Camtasia to edit the video and an adobe animated character.

Also, forget about the partner program. It's a waste of time. Use links to make money instead.

Understood, i have a question did you outsource your work? Also what do you mean by link to make money?
 
Yes, you can succeed from outsourcing the work.

In fact, that's how a lot of the top Youtube channels work. They have script writers and video editors.

I ran a YT channel for a little less than a year, it grew from 300 subs to over 10K in less than a year.

If the content you produce is something people want to watch, you can grow pretty quickly, without a doubt.

No, I did all the stuff myself since I didn't have a budget. But outsourcing is much better for your time if you have the money.

I mean using referral links to websites that give you a payout when someone buys from their site, like VPN, crypto, also there are some affiliate programs on this forum too.

Yes and No.

The channel was demonetized because YT accused me of using AI to edit my videos and/or uploading repetitive content (reddit stories).

I took down all my 100+ videos, and a few months after that I uploaded a couple of new ones.

I need to reach 4K viewing hours before I can apply for monetization again.

I would have been way over 20K subscribers had I not stopped uploading.
I know this because I was secretly competing with another channel within the same niche, and that channel gained 20K+ subs since I stopped uploading (we had the same amount of subscribers at the time). And that channel's videos had very low effort editing, so they were definitely not as entertaining as mine.

Why didn't you try shorts for reddit stories? It would've helped you grow drastically... However, there's always a risk of copyright strike on the BG video.

The stories I focused on were longer than 60 seconds.
That's why I didn't see the need for shorts, but if and when I restart the channel I might create shorts to redirect people back to the main videos.

I had no issues with the background videos, because I used a mix of videos and pictures from Pexels, along with gifs and memes, when editing.
Which is what I believe made my videos way different from all the other channels within the same niche.

I still don't know why YT chose to target my channel specifically for "using AI" and/or "repetitive content", but left the channel I was in competition with intact.
 
Find your niche and be consistent with your uploads... Outsourcing can save you time and bring in pros to make quality content.

Well you have 3 minute shorts. A perfect update for stories niche, or for the fake text messages niche (it blows up a lot).
I had a reddit story channel doing well over $700-800 monthly. Howevr, zach choi effed us all..

42 videos, 244k Subscribers, 112 million views, uploading from May 2024. Probably earned around $10k-$15k from adsense (depending on RPM I used to get). If they have a music deal too, just add $10k more.
EDIT: He does have a music deal. Novial music.

BUT, don't get too attached to this niche. YT has been breaking down on them. If you just copy paste the concept, it won't go further. Try adding some twist to this style which can help you monetize.
Otherwise, you'll be rejected for reused content from adsense.

Of course. Yoy need good content by yourself. Rest of the work, you can outsource. Regarding how much time it takes will depend on your dedication and amount of work you put in.
 
how many channels can we run on one device/IP address to avoid being shadowbanned or facing similar issues?

There's no limit as long as you're not doing anything blackhat with channels.
I personally run 8-10 channels on my home IP. Most providers nowadays have rotating IPs, so it would be really absurd if YT starts banning channels based on IPs.
However, make sure to run only one channel per gmail. Otherwise, if one channel gets shadowbanned, other ones can get too. I've seen many such cases and even experienced this personally..
