I'm looking for a Instagram tool that can do the tasks Facedominator does for Facebook:
1). Scrape users by hashtags (igramtool does this for example).
2). Scrape followers and liked of scrapped user list (igramtool does scrape friends but not likes, as far as I know?)
3). Load scrapped user list and send them follow requests
