Facebuk suspended my personal account made in 2012

The first thing i saw was that my page for CPA marketing was disabled. And immediately, they suspended my personal FB. SMS verification, google auth, email code and personal selfie did not help.
I have connected my FB with my Insta account like 3 months ago. I regret that. Because in the explanation, it says that both of my Insta and FB are disabled because i did not follow some Instagram rules. But when it comes to insta, i regularily put stories, and a very few videos and photos. The last thing i remember was that a put a comment on Insta. Nothing rude, but i mentioned boobs and ass in a nice maneer. But i doubt that was the issue. They suspended both of my accounts, probably because my FB business page for CPA marketing, which was active since 2021.

I dont even care about my Insta, but Facebook....i have so many photos, videos and friends there. Can you give me some links to complain about this, or a phone number? Thanks in advance y'all guys/girls

Dispute it. Might take a while but there's a good chance to get it back if you have all the information they need, especially if you do own the account in the first place.

Are you running paid adverts with your Facebook page?

If yes, it means that your page has violated Facebook adverts policies and you can reach out to support via your ad managers dashboard.

If no, then is is strange for Facebook to disable pages without any violations.

Yes. This is true.

It seems that aged personal Facebook accounts that has no spam history are being suspended randomly.
