Faceboook BM's Sellers/Purchase USA

Hi,

I am looking to work with a seller that sells Facebook BM's in the USA.

Also:

1. Uses a proxy like system like multi login
2. I can attach my credit card to them (Like USA)
3. Preferably does paypal or debit/credit card as payment options (Would be open to however rather not do wires or bitcoin due to previous trust issues with other sellers).
