Facebook’s Scans Are Getting More Frequent.

Lately, FB has been scanning BM again, how're you holding up? It feels like FB's algo are getting smarter and stricter by the day. If you have any solution, I’d be glad to hear it.
You are very right that in the recent period (from late 2024 to mid 2025), Facebook/Meta has increased scanning and censorship of Business Manager (BM). The "survival and destruction" solution through recent BM scanning is to use BMs that have been verified by businesses and not let "everything" enter a single BM, which is very easy to be defeated en masse.

i see everything is fine, everything is normal, did you get BM 10 scan?

everything is working fine on my side, probably because you did not follow facebook rules so your bm got banned.

Facebook is scanning very strongly for bm, currently you should find old bm to use it will be better and will avoid being locked.

it feels like they're always tightening the screws. the best bet is just to make sure your BM info is super accurate and you're following all their policies to a T

Yeah, the scans have definitely been more frequent lately. Keeping assets fully verified, limiting sudden role changes, and avoiding big structural edits during active campaigns can help reduce triggers. Some also run a short warm-up period with clean ads after any major change to let the system re-score the BM before scaling again

You are speaking the truth about Facebook today. Violating advertising accounts can lead to BM being scanned and disappearing without a reason. At that time, we need to appeal to hope that the system will review and return your BM account.
The only way to limit BM scanning is to have clean products or hide gray hat products artistically.
Small tip: you should arrange advertising campaigns of similar products into 1 BM. So that if the system scans this product, it will not affect the advertising accounts of other products. Because the BM common accounts will be scanned in series, they will affect each other.

Hi there! You're absolutely right - Facebook's BM scanning has gotten much more aggressive lately! The key is staying proactive with compliance. Here's what's working: regularly check "Account Quality" in Ads Manager → resolve any warnings immediately, keep payment methods updated, and avoid rapid campaign changes.

Use aged Business Managers with consistent activity patterns, add verified team members gradually (not all at once), and always access from familiar IP addresses. Keep ad creatives compliant from day one - Facebook's AI detects policy violations faster now.

I've seen accounts survive by focusing on educational, value-driven content rather than aggressive sales messaging. Build audience trust organically first.

Most importantly: if you get warnings, pause activity for 24-48 hours before making changes.

How long have your current BMs been active, and are you seeing specific patterns in what triggers their scanning lately?

yea noticed that too. feels like they’re flagging faster now. i rotate bms, keep spend low on new ones, and avoid risky niches till trust builds. anyone else found a better way?

Facebook regularly updates its algorithms and policies to protect the platform and its users. Make sure all your ads and campaigns comply with Facebook's advertising policies. If required, complete your identity verification process. If your account is restricted, contact Facebook support to request a review. Be prepared with details to explain your situation.

I see many advertisers using tricks to increase ad account limits in BM, so it is inevitable that Meta will review BM

Don't keep too many suspended ad accounts in BM management, this is a big cause of problems

Scans have been more frequent since last year. I can't say they're any more frequent these days than they have been in the last couple of months or my associates have either stopped complaining about them or found another workaround for them.

Everything is going fine so far with my bm accounts. Are you facing issue recently?

Facebook is scanning a lot these days, everyone please be careful.
