I find that accounts that are inactive for a few days or used for testing are easy to flag. To avoid this, keep the account active with small campaigns or limit who you share access with.

Your comment is absolutely correct with my ad account situation. When I turn off the ad campaign for a few hours to a day, the ad account will be automatically disabled. Maybe Meta thinks this is unusual and thinks it is not my ad campaign so it disables that ad account.

You should use a real personal Facebook account with a long history and stable operation to create a BM to increase trust with Facebook, avoid being locked due to suspicion of fake or unclear accounts. Also, you shouldn't run too many campaigns or duplicate ads on multiple BMs or advertising accounts at the same time, because it's easy for Facebook's algorithm to evaluate it as abnormal and increase the risk of being disabled.
