cloaking matters. what exactly is it that youre doing. And like what methods. How do you keep ur accs safe? need to know that to give you a better direction because if your accounts are poor you'll not suceed and theyll always flag u.

You mean hiding to run ad campaigns?
You haven't read carefully and understood what I mean. The issue I'm talking about is scanning BM accounts. Many BM accounts when shared with other administrators have been disabled.

The bm I received from the supplier also often dies, working on Fb is really difficult

Yes, sometimes there will be a few scans of non-standard ad accounts so things will be a little more difficult. But we can also take advantage of the stable times.

it was a terrible time for facebook, many BMs were disabled one after another, that was the common situation that the majority of people encountered, a few BMs survived a little longer but eventually died. but now everything is more stable.

In the past month, Facebook has been scanning BM a lot.
Our experience is to classify products for each BM to limit the risk of being scanned.
Clean products are in separate BMs, gray hat and black hat products are classified into each type of product in 1 BM. Sometimes AI scans by keyword or certain field so we don't have a series of other advertising accounts disabled.
Wish every one a new day filled with joy!

Yes, this is a good idea. Thank you very much for providing a BM classification method that suits the needs of different campaigns. I hope this will help many advertisers in their next scans. Good luck!

To avoid this problem, the way most of us think of is to increase the credibility of BM by verifying it and using a clean profile. You also need to strictly follow the advertising policy, being scanned is common, but when you prepare carefully, the rate of being disabled will be lower.

Yep, we've seen a noticeable spike in BM shutdowns since July 1st—seems Meta's tightening things across the board.
From our end, the setups that are still running fine usually follow 3 core principles:
  1. Clean billing and aged payment methods
  2. Warmed-up profiles with healthy activity logs
  3. Low-friction creatives and cloaking only via trusted stacks (no sketchy redirects)

Since most of our clients use pre-warmed agency ad accounts, we haven’t run into major disruptions. Might be worth exploring if you're tired of rebuilding from scratch every time. Let me know if you want more details—happy to help.

Yes. We always have backup BMs for such scans, but in fact, the BMs I have been soaking for a long time still do not pass the scan. Maybe it is because Meta is implementing some algorithm. Even when using the verified BM2500, when I share with other admins, the ad account is still disabled.

The best option is to keep spare BMs, rotate spending, and never rely on one setup.

Yes, we’ve noticed a similar pattern since early July. To reduce the risk, we’ve been working with aged assets, proper warm-up routines, and conservative daily spend on each BM.

To minimize the risk of your account being locked, you should start by starting slowly and using a verified domain. At the same time, prepare a real profile with an old fanpage and avoid creative content that could be considered risky by the AI. It is necessary to not scale too quickly to give the account time to adapt. In addition, using multiple backup Business Managers (BMs) and categorizing product groups for each BM will significantly reduce the risk. This creates diversity and makes your system more secure every time the AI scans.
Thanks for your feedback. I am also applying these. However, META has recently used AI to scan ad accounts so I think it will be more strict than before.

Check regularly for updates to new regulations. you need to Use two-factor authentication and make sure your account information (such as email address, phone number) is always up to date and accurate.

Yes, many businesses have faced issues with their BM (Business Manager) accounts being disabled since July 1, 2025. This can often happen due to violations of Facebook's policies, suspicious activity, or account integrity concerns.

To limit the risk of your BM account being disabled, consider the following steps:

  1. Ensure Compliance with Facebook's Policies: Make sure all your ads, content, and activities comply with Facebook’s Advertising Policies. Violating their rules is one of the main reasons accounts get flagged.
  2. Link to a Verified Domain: If you’re running an e-commerce or service-based business, linking to a verified domain helps build trust with Facebook. Having a secure, professional website can reduce the likelihood of account issues.
  3. Use Two-Factor Authentication: Enable two-factor authentication for your account and for any team members who manage the BM. This adds an extra layer of security.
  4. Avoid Multiple Account Logins: Facebook may disable accounts that appear to have unusual logins or are being accessed by many different devices or locations in a short time. Stick to a stable device and avoid logging in from multiple locations frequently.
  5. Limit Ad Account Changes: Frequent changes to your ad account, such as switching payment methods or adding new admins, can raise red flags. Only make necessary updates to your account settings.
  6. Use a Business Email: Always use a legitimate and consistent email associated with your business for your BM account. Avoid using personal emails for business-related activity.
  7. Keep Track of Account Health: Regularly check your account's status and any warnings from Facebook. Address any issues promptly to avoid a complete suspension.
  8. Reach Out to Facebook Support: If your account gets disabled or you experience issues, don't hesitate to reach out to Facebook's support team. Explain the situation and provide all the necessary documents to help resolve the issue.
  9. Diversify Your Ad Accounts: While it’s not always an option, having multiple ad accounts (under different BM setups) can reduce risk. However, you should still be cautious with Facebook’s terms of service to avoid issues across the board.

Yes, we've noticed a spike in BM restrictions recently. It’s likely due to increased policy enforcement and account trust issues. Keeping a consistent ad spend pattern and verifying business details early on can help reduce risk.

Yes, I had to appeal and verify BM to get them back, but couldn't get them all back
