Since July 1, 2025, many BM advertising accounts have been disabled. Has anyone here encountered this case?
What is your solution to limit the BM account being disabled?
Please share here so that everyone can have more experience in troubleshooting this problem, thank you for your comments!

same problem. i think its facebook AI is in charge in detecting dummy accounts.

Yes, many have faced BM (Business Manager) bans recently. To limit it: warm up accounts slowly, use verified domains, real pages, aged profiles, avoid risky creatives, and don’t scale too fast. Backup BMs and diversified setups also help.

Yes, seeing the same trend since early July many BMs disabled even with clean history.
Some solutions that help limit risk:
– Use verified domains and verified business info
– Add real admin accounts with full profile history
– Avoid running sensitive verticals in new BMs
– Warm up the page and ad account with soft content before launching high-budget campaigns
– Limit asset stacking don’t connect too many ad accounts or pages to one BM
– Always monitor BM health and appeal immediately if warnings show up
Consistency and gradual scaling seem to help more than aggressive tactics right now.

Yeah seeing the same issue even clean BMs getting hit Lately Ive been using aged profiles with solid history and spreading spend across multiple BMs to lower risk
Exactly, we should use multiple Bm and classify product groups for each BM to limit the risk every time AI scans. We are looking for healthy account providers to cooperate in the work.

I don't see a large number. I only have a few IDs for violating community standards. Maybe FB scans BMs that violate seriously and then die in large numbers.

I don't see it, Meta has been better for the past few months, some campaigns are being rejected

To limit the risk of Facebook AI scanning, you should use BMs and categorize products for each BM. Avoid connecting too many accounts or Ad Pages to a BM to avoid overlapping assets. Regularly monitor BM status and appeal immediately when alerted. Gradual, consistent scaling is more effective than overly aggressive tactics.

you need to Make sure all ads and content comply with the platform's policies. Check regularly for updates to new regulations. you need to Use two-factor authentication and make sure your account information (such as email address, phone number) is always up to date and accurate.

There is no problem with ad accounts on BM if they have active campaigns. However, when people share BM with other profiles or share ad accounts in business property groups with others (accounts that do not have active campaigns), those ad accounts will be disabled.

To reduce the risk of having your Facebook Business Manager (BM) account disabled, it's crucial to maintain compliance with Facebook's advertising policies and implement robust security measures. Ensure that your payment methods are consistent and reliable, as frequent changes or issues can trigger account reviews. Additionally, enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for all admins and regularly reviewing account activity can help prevent unauthorized access and potential disablements.
Thanks for your comment above, but that's just the basics to ease the restriction in this scan. I only got disabled when sharing an ad account with another profile.

Yes, I’ve noticed a spike in BM bans since early July as well — mostly for new setups or unverified BMs.

Probably because in the past few weeks, many people have been using tricks to create unlimited BM advertising accounts. So the meta AI has been scanning more BMs. Even if they are verified BMs, they are still scanned.

Facebook issues since July 1 — lots of BM accounts disabled. Keep things clean and go slow. Anyone else facing this?

Yes. I am also facing that problem and would like to discuss with everyone to contribute ideas to avoid that limitation.

Yes, we've seen more BM shutdowns since early July—seems like Meta tightened review layers. To reduce risks, we rotate fresh profiles with aged activity, use soft creatives early, and avoid linking suspicious assets in the first 72h. Stability now depends more on warm-up flow than just BM quality.

I agree with you. Many BM accounts with stable spending history also failed this account sweep. This shows that everything depends on luck nowadays. BM with high spending history or clean profile is also unstable.
