Whenever I create a facebook page it supped saying that not follow community standards?

  1. Make sure you're not violating any Community Standards. Before doing anything else, you need to make sure that your website doesn't violate Facebook's Community Standards
  2. Submit your website to Facebook for reconsideration
Sometimes it could be because someone attempted to hack your account or it could even because of a post someone tagged you in. Contact Facebook and as long as the account has your real name on it, they will verify with your ID and reinstate for you.
 
Do you mean Facebook isn't allowing you to create a page? Well, I have never experienced such a thing, though I have got my account disabled, and all I was told was that I violated some community guidelines, however, my account was revived soon.
 
I've experienced this many times before I found the problem. 1. I'm using VPN and 2. I used the same number for registration for multiple accounts. (So now I only use valid emails)
Just NEVER ever log in your account with the is VPN on, it's okay to use vpn but don't activate it yet, wait after you logged on
