you need to have a exactly same name of both pages and became admin of both pages. login to your fb account.
Use the below link and follow the instruction. After merge completion message wait for 10 min. your page will merge into one.

Go to page setting with 839 likes. click on name change. they will say blah blah about 200 likes and a box of name change request will appear. Just write some good reason for name change request click enter. They say they will reply you within 3 days but you will notify within 6 hour. I try this around 5 or 6 times, in which it work for 2 times.

- Go to facebook.com/pages/merge.
- Select 2 Pages you want to merge and click Continue.
- Click Request Merge.
