Its possibile to find out someones ip from facebook ? It was a way to do it but now its fixed .

You can use a cloacker for that. it's very easy and you can block their ip
 
Are you able to send them a PM on FB? And if so would they follow a link to your website if it was in that PM?

My advice would be to get a good cloaker. Most of time cloakers have their own Facebook ip databases so you do not need to worry about getting the ip :D
 
I think there is a possibility to do it, but it isn´t simple. Experts in the area must know more about this.
