Try contacting support and using the complaint button if it is still available.
 
Please contact Facebook support when you no longer see the appeal button. They will provide you with an appeal form in the approval program. If that doesn't work, you should create a new account to run your ads.
 
Maybe changing to a new account will be better. I always change account when it gets disabled.

If the appeal button is missing, try these steps:
  1. Go to Facebook Business Help Center (https://www.facebook.com/business/help) and look for live chat or support options.
  2. Use another account to contact support through Meta Business Suite.
  3. Check email for any appeal links from Facebook.
