You need to have an old advertising account with a spending history, I find that personal accounts with a spending history are usually very strong.

Many agents did not survive the last wave, bm was swept a lot and the source of accounts also decreased.
 
It's better to use ad accounts from verified business accounts, I'm using it quite well
 
recently i also have a lot of BM scanned by fb, the damage is quite big

What industry are you advertising in? If it's not against policies, buy a stock BM, then put your account in the BM and campaign.

A good account is one that has been specifically verified and has a good spending history.

You need to get used to these storms, live with it and overcome it, I still have spending accounts that can weather the storm, you need to have an account with a long-standing spending history and a clean IP. Good luck)
 
There is no stable and less limited Facebook account at the moment because Facebook is always updating its algorithms and policies to ensure user experience.
 
Old accounts that already have spending campaigns on them, try using accounts created from 2021-2023

Both BM ad account and personal account are usable now. However, you need these 2 things:
1. A proper way to use accounts.
2. Back-up accounts. No acc can live forever, that's why you need to have a back up one.

Facebook ads are getting tough. Business Manager accounts with a solid history or agency accounts tend to be more stable. What type of ads are you running?
 
you need to find a BM verified account and have spending history, but it's quite difficult at the moment, after many storms it has become quite scarce
 
If I were you, I would try out TikTok ads. You will get a good bang for your money
