Yes, basically if you post a link it does not get reach.

Maybe you've set cpc and which will be very low that's why 0 reach is there

It is not with boosted posts. It is a penalty and there are many other threads on this but I’m just wondering if anyone has dealt with it recently

Depends! What kind of link? Where did your link lead? Where else did you post the link? Is it your URL? Are you using a Link-Shortener and which one?

Hi, check your page has got a page block..PM for link.. if page is appearing just clear your link posts and give an appeal, within one day your link reach will be back..
