Facebook won't let me upload photo for verification

so i got photo verification but when i upload the photo then facebook does not let me submit the photo. any insights as why it might be happening?
I am afraid i will lose my id. which i dont want.

Its like proper form id, no choice of phone option? There are appeals but f those guys.

looks like it was some kind of bug. I left the id for one day and tried submitting next day which worked. thanks though
