Good leaders admit mistakes, apologize quickly, show up where they're needed and show their belief in the company by keeping skin in the game.

Facebook executives, in contrast, react to negative news with spin and attempts to bury it. Throughout the last year, every time bad news has broken, executives have downplayed its significance. Look at its public statements last year about how many people had seen Russian-bought election ads — first it was 10 million, then it was 126 million.

i see a massive success all over the world to facebook, yet they understood how to play against spam and fake and bots. banned without mercy as they got enough
 
Okay, and?

There are over 2 billion monthly Facebook users and they have had growth every quarter over the past 5 years. It is the most used social media platform in the United States and it has more monthly users than Instagram and Twitter combined. Facebook is not going anywhere, especially not by 2020 wtf LOL
 
Every company comes to an end. FB in the next decade though? No ways. The world is addicted and as long as there is a product for them they'll continue using it and keep it in business.
 
In Poland, there was service nk (nasza klasa), it have explosed to 20 mln users in ... year. Next 2 years dead because of facebook.
Facebook will die too, kids likes to use Snap, Whatsapp and services like that.

Facebook have just crap android app, what is taking full of RAM ;)
 
I will be the first one to celebrate ,death tolls(lot of deaths due to fb fight turned into real life fight) will come down and bad politicians(in my country with photoshop you can get into power) will not come into power
 
Facebook has a biggest capitalization and will never die. Facebook will live forever. I promise ;)
 
this 5 year stock chart would indicate the opposite of your opinion. I have yet to find a stock chart that is closer to a straight line over a 5 year period.

If something this big were to happen, something very radical would have to occur. Executives can easily be replaced.

2020? Seriously?

It has market cap of over 500 billions dollars, one of the biggest tech company and definitely there is no competition for FB in social media. Just name one social media that have a slight chance in competing with them.

FB will be dead one day, but 2020? Even 2050, the answer is no.
 
I doubt it. Their database along is worth an absolute fortune, even if half of the worlds population were not actively using their services.
 
I have no idea how someone can suggest Facebook will be dead in under 3 years and not be either high as a kite or working for a different social media platform ( or both )
 
I really doubt that. Facebook is here to stay, I don't see any reasons why it should be gone.
