I've been using facebook, nothing SEO or targeted traffic related.. All I've been doing is getting a facebook account to 25 friends, and then redeeming a prize. But after the first 5-6 accounts I've been starting to get blocked by phone verification, and I don't know what it is they know it's me. I've been changing ip's, even computers, yet it still blocks me with a phone verify. Any checks that I should know of? What do?

The qualities of the proxies matter. I you are using public proxies, make sure you get the ones that hasn't already been abused yet.
Also try sticking with only 1 proxy per account, and use the same proxy every time. Rotating the proxies too much, especially for new accounts, is not a good idea.
And last, try to maintain some activity on your accounts. Like a few pages here and there, add some games, message some of the friends, etc.
