Facebook warning?

Hi all,
I created a new account in facebook. I got a list of people who will accept strangers as friends from someone and sent a mass friend request by loading their addresses from gmail. I got a warning from facebook saying I am trying to add people whom I don't know. How does facebook know whether I know certain people or not? What to do now? How can I add 1000's of facebook friends without getting warned by facebook?

there is your answer, you add too much on a newly created fb profile. :).

This just can improve your account's attraction, after you've got some friends, your account seems true and then you add your targeted friends, the rate of accepting may be higher.
 
Yeah you should stay under the radar. If Facebook suspects that you are spamming or sending mass invitations then they can ban you account instantly. Better be safe than sorry.

They might if you sell them mafia wars products.

Find a market and sell them a product don't find a product and look for a market.
And that is all you need to know about internet marketing.
 
This is because you have created your new account and soon adding so much new friends. Firstly you have to add some friends then after sometimes go on adding new friends.
 
Best way to get many Friends is go to those Game-Fanpages and ask for new ones there :)
 
I keep getting the same with established account regardless if it shows "no common friends" or "50 friends in common".

Thanks for the tip about Mafia Wars - wonder why I didn't think about that, as I remembers back in the days playing it and getting like shitload of unknown people friending me!

Brilliant method expect that it won't work for long or help you sell products in the long run.

If you use this method be sure to target people by location and stick to a geographic area. Even better if you friend a person, then scrape their friends, friend them, and so on and so forth. You'll build trust with facebook faster this way.
 
best way is to make girls account with a sexy pictures and then to tell them to add you
 
I can't even accept friend requests, never mind add them.

Is this normal?

This method is as old as facebook. You used to just goto forums and find email lists of people looking to be in mafia wars. . . Copy and add

this used to be done to sell off accounts with 3k friends. .etc. If you can profit from this . . . in any real way. . . your a hell of a marketer.
