The email is real. Someone has obviously browsed your pictures and filed copyright against one of your pictures recently and that is why you have received an email and a message on your facebook account. The message on facebook tends to take longer to show then when you received the email (although you may not have noticed if you werent logged in when you received the email)

I dont think someone has targeted you more like you were unlucky to have the owner browsing your page. HOWEVER there are some assholes out there that may have browsed your pictures and told the owner about it.

But like i said the email and message are both real.

Hello, Facebook has a high defense system built in to it to be a deterrent to spammers. Take no notice of it and delete it, do not go clogging up your friends walls and emails by re-posting it to them. I think any one of your friend list or not report your photo. Try to post photos of your own and do not harassing someone by your photo then you may be blocked for a month or permanently. So be careful. Have a nice day ! :)
