you need to submit a campaign for approval so u can add a voucher.. or when you add your CC theres a option for a voucher
After I submit my thing, the choices come up to which one to pick.
My choices are either: Credit Card or Paypal
Nothing about a voucher.

you need to add paypal or CC to then see the voucher option
Do they take VCC?
yes.. but depending on the VCC you use they may suspend your account as suspicious payment activity
