Looking for vouchers as well.. better if usable unlimited times on old accounts

I started using FB ads only recently... I read that FB discontinued the 46$ coupon for old accounts, did I start to late to take full advantage of the coupons or is it always like that? They discontinue one kind of coupon and then they re-issue some new ones?!

If so, I'm willing to wait until the new ones come out... I don't want to create 100 accounts to use with new vouchers everytime
