They do manual reviews on everything but it's a threshold based on report. The more reports, will grant a reported post higher priority. A page getting 10 reports will still be pending review because as you imagine there is thousands of reports of posts per day to handle. But reports do punish the reach of your page where more reports/unlikes/unfollows = less reach. But to get it removed, it need a hell lot of reports to get top priority for abuse or report team to handle. The rest is science fiction. Another thing I Have noticed is the REPORTERS accounts where new account or low friend counts weight on report is less than old user or the most influential, Verified Page report.
Like someone saidin this thread, it's all automated algorithm so you just have to find what causes your bans or reach decrease and eliminate it by changing your method. But most likely are you removed because of feedback from other users.
